No sensitive personal data (as defined under GDPR Article 9) is collected.
Your data is collected exclusively to generate your personalised diagnostic output (Readiness Signal or Time Audit Signal) and to prepare your 1:1 coaching session with Nathalie.
The legal basis is your explicit consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)), given via the consent checkbox before you begin. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting admin@nrf.digital. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing prior to withdrawal.

Your data is never sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes.
Your data is retained for 24 months from the date of submission. After this period, all personal data is deleted from our systems. You may request earlier deletion at any time (see Section 7).
Your diagnostic output is used solely for your coaching experience. A coaching preparation document is generated for Nathalie's use only and is never distributed automatically. Your full analysis is shared exclusively within a 1:1 session.
If you consented to optional research use, your data is anonymised before any analysis and is never attributable to you individually.
